So, the way your house feels to you right now isn't so great. You aren't sure why…since you have nice furniture, the paint is in good shape, & things are pretty tidy. But nonetheless, it just feels BLAH--like a big ol' yawnfest. 

Sometimes when you need a new refrigerator, you just need a new refrigerator. BUT sometimes when you need a new refrigerator, you realize that there is a whole lot more that is out of whack that a new icebox isn't going to come close to fixing.

Life changes. Kids move out.

Most times a renovation starts with one thing you know drives you nuts…it just HAS to go!  For my clients that thing was the original countertops that were put in when they built their house.
